Community newspapers, monthly magazines, podcasts, and radio all provide vital information for and about their communities in multiple languages.

These newsrooms tend to have exceptionally strong relationships with the national, ethnic, and language-based communities that they serve — as well as a history of receiving fewer resources and less recognition, in spite of their quality coverage and the trusted roles they play in their communities.
