We act as a critical philanthropic intermediary, pooling resources to strengthen the flow of reliable information, and fostering large-scale cooperation by backing key infrastructure like the Colorado News Collaborative (COLab) and regional networks such as Rocky Mountain Community Radio.

Investing in Informed Communities

Our impact is deeply rooted in fostering community resilience and supporting those who have been historically overlooked.

$2.3M+

Our funding acts as a powerful catalyst, helping local newsrooms raise more than $2.3 million from individual donors through the #newsCOneeds campaign, demonstrating a strong public appetite for trusted news.

$1M

Furthermore, we have allocated nearly $1 Million to grants specifically strengthening trust and leadership within diverse, non-English speaking, and rural populations.
